Patricia Enz Port, beloved mother, grandmother, and educator, passed away peacefully at the Spring Haven Nursing Home on December 16, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on April 12, 1941, in Enid, Oklahoma, Patricia dedicated her life to nurturing the minds of young learners through her career as a teacher in both public and private schools.

Patricia earned her bachelor's degree, which paved the way for a fulfilling journey in education. Throughout her career, she touched the lives of countless students, imparting not only knowledge but also wisdom and compassion.

Patricia shared her life with her devoted husband, James Clinton Port. Together, they built a loving family and created cherished memories that will endure in the hearts of those who knew them. She leaves behind her cherished daughters, Heather Heminger and husband Doug of Winter Haven, and Heidi Port of Oklahoma City. As a grandmother, Patricia found immeasurable joy in her three grandchildren: Carissa, Chloe, and Cianna. Each of them carries forward her legacy. Patricia is also survived by her sister, Anita Wertz and husband Tom of Tulsa, who shared many precious moments and provided unwavering support throughout her life. The bond that they shared was a testament to the love and strength of family. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Clinton Port, as well as her parents, Harold Elmer Enz and Vera Valerie Gregg, both of whom instilled in her the values of education and perseverance that she embodied throughout her life.

Patricia Enz Port will be remembered not only for her contributions to education but also for her nurturing spirit and love for her family. Her legacy will live on through her daughters and grandchildren, as they carry her memory in their hearts and continue to make her proud.
