Xavier Ignatious Koloc, infant son of Joseph & Diana Koloc passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Regency Medical Center in Winter Haven.
Other survivors include his brothers, Gabriel Koloc, Raphael Koloc and Maximus Koloc; maternal grandparents, Tom & Carolyn Avirett of Lake Wales; maternal great-grandmother, Martha Avirett of Lake Wales; and paternal grandmother, Patricia Koloc of Lake Wales.
A private family service was held at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
