William "Bill" Gene Mcintire

September 4, 1932 — November 19, 2012

William “Bill” Gene McIntire of Frostproof passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born September 4, 1932 in Sterling, CO to the late Edwin and Fay (Blackburn) McIntire; and came to Frostproof from Aurora, CO in 1998. Bill was a retired aircraft mechanic for United Airlines in Denver, was of the Presbyterian faith, and a veteran of Korea serving in the U.S. Navy.

Bill was preceded in death by his son, Jack McIntire. He is survived by his daughter, Laura Grant of Highlands Ranch, CO; and two grandchildren.
