BALTIMORE, MD--William C. "Bill" Lough of Baltimore, MD died Monday, November 20, 2006 at the Lake Wales Medical Center. He was 76.
Born August 02, 1930 in Morgantown, VA; he has been a winter resident of Lake Wales for 4 years coming from Baltimore, MD. He was a retired Lt. from the Sparrows Point Police Department, and he also served in the Baltimore City Police. He was of the Methodist faith and a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the American Legion in Perry Hall and the Fraternity Order of Police in Maryland. He enjoyed family time, winters in Florida, playing guitar and woodworking.
Mr. Lough was preceded in death by his first wife, Norma Lough, and sister, Barbara Hollis. Survivors include his wife, Joan Lough of Balitmore, MD; daughters, Melody Lough of Baltimore, MD; Dawn Otradovec of Street, MD; step-daughters, Lisa Haas of Glen Burney, MD; Sharon Piaskowski of Esses, MD; sons, William "Bill" Lough of Perry Hall, MD; Joseph Lough of Baltimore, MD; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
There will be no local services; memorial services will be held under the direction of Duda-Rick Funeral Home in Dundalk, Maryland. For those who wish, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720.
