BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Dr. William Dean Cutshall of Bloomington, Ind., who was a winter resident of Indian Lake Estates, died of complications from diabetes Friday (Dec. 23, 2005) in Indian Lake Estates. He was 60.
Born March 8, 1945, in Washington, D.C., Dr. Cutshall was a winter resident of Indian Lake Estates for five years. He served in the Marines and in the Army. He was a physician and founded Cook Family Health Clinic, Bloomington. He was a Presbyterian.
Dr. Cutshall is survived by his wife, Nancy A. Cutshall; daughters, Jennifer Lee Sobich, Washington, D.C., Rachel Rae Mangiapane, Cincinnati, Ohio; son, Warren William Cutshall, Bloomington; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Allen Funeral Home, Bloomington.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Bloomington or the William D. Cutshall Fund in support of Law Enforcement C/O Allen Funeral Home.
