William "Bill" George Miller, Jr.

William “Bill” George Miller, Jr., passed away on October 8, 2026, at AdventHealth Lake Wales under the care of Vitas Hospice. He was 94. He was born on September 12, 1932, in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

Bill moved to Lake Wales from New Castle in 1976 and made his home there. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Through his working years, he was a truck driver. He loved to work on cars, an interest that remained an important part of his life as he also worked as a mechanic.

Bill will be remembered with love by his family. He is survived by his son, William “Bill” Miller, and his wife, Theresa, of Lake Wales; daughter, Marcia Knopp and her husband, Glenn, of East Palestine, Ohio; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. May the memories they shared with him bring comfort and peace in the days ahead.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Miller; and his son, Ronald Miller.
