William "Bill" Marell

William "Bill" Marell of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at his residence.

He was born November 22, 1938 in Holmes County, FL to the late Frank & Daisy (Clark) Marell; he came here from North Florida 52 years ago. He was retired from Citrus World and of the Baptist faith. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and Moose Lodge; and he loved to fish and sing.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Marell; son, Willard P. Marell of Lake Wales; and three grandchildren, Ryan, Ross and Reed Marell.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 31, 2010 and the funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, November 1, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Walter Nelson officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
