WILLIAM “BILL” CHARLES JOST, 79

Bill Jost of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Lakeland.

He was born August 20, 1939 in New Britain, Connecticut to the late Charles and Ida (Nemeth) Jost. He has been a resident of the area since 1974 coming from Wolcott, Connecticut. He worked for American Snacks in Zayres until it closed and then started Beef O Bradys in Winter Haven in 1991, Lake Wales in 1993, Crystal River in 1995. He was a veteran in the United States Coast Guard.

He is survived by daughter Jennifer Martin and husband Ron Jr. of Mulberry, FL, son Gary Jost and wife Heather of Gales Ferry, CT, and 4 grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
