Willard “Socker” Shelton, Jr

Willard L. “Socker” Shelton, Jr. of Sorrento, Florida passed away September 13, 2016. He was a native of Lake Wales, Florida and the son of the late Willard L. and Anna Margaret (Williams) Shelton. He was the co-owner of the JA-LU Pottery in Maitland, Florida and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his brother Harold Shelton and wife Nancy, sisters Marcella “Lu” Shelton and husband Terry Spears, Jamie Ann Shelton Bodin and husband Chris, niece Anna Lee Shelton, nephew Anderson L. Shelton and wife Tiffani, one beloved Aunt Shelia K. Mundy and her children Sean, Brian, and Kelly.

Graveside service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
