He has was born August 7, 1954 in Lake Wales, Florida to the late Howard M. and Ruth (Askeguard) Balliett. He was a Plastic sorter for Republic Services. Ward enjoyed wood working in the past he was a cabinet maker, he enjoyed sports, football and nascar.
Survivors include his brothers Arthur E. Balliett and wife Jan of Lake Wales, FL, John Howard Balliett and wife Virginia of Lake Worth, FL, 2 nephews, 2 nieces, 3 great nieces, and 3 great nephews.
