Wanda D. Cook

Wanda D. Cook of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, November 06, 2011 at her residence.

Wanda was born February 23, 1926 in Nortonville, Kansas to the late Evan Boyd and Mary E. (Blankenship) Sloop. She came to the area from Tulare, California in 2006.She was a retired Ward Clerk for Kaweah Delta District Hospital. She was a member of the First Christian Church and enjoyed knitting and reading.

She is survived by her husband, Warren R. Cook; daughter, Pansey L. DeHogues of Lake Wales; sons, Marion Davis of Washougal, Wa., Evan Patrick Davis of Ca.; 7 grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren

Services will be held at a later date in California. Those who wish may make memorial donations to the charity of choice
