LAKE WALES -- Mr. Wallace D. Culbertson Jr. of Lake Wales died of heart failure June 15, 2006, at Lake Wales Medical Center. He was 85.

He was born in Miami on Dec. 31, 1920. He worked for the clerk of courts in Miami.

Mr. Culbertson is survived by his cousin, Dr. William W. Culbertson, Miami.
