Virgil Moody
February 22, 1940 — September 17, 2010
Virgil Moody of Haines City passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at the Heart of Florida Hospital.
He was born February 22, 1940 in Decatur, TN to the late Athel & Bertha Moody; he came here from Tennessee in 1964. He was a retired truck driver and enjoyed fishing, hunting and family times.
Survivors include his wife, Kathryn A. "Kat" Moody; daughters, Tammy & Randy Clements of Adel, Iowa, Lisa Noelle of Haines City, Diane Moody Bell of Chesterfield, TN and Clara Ann Christopher of Tennessee; many sisters and brothers; and 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until the funeral service at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
