LAKE WALES--Vickie Lynn Brooks, 49, of Lake Wales died Saturday, May 05, 2007 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

Born September 07, 1957 in Fort Belvour, VA; she came to the area from Schertz, TX 2 years ago. She was a garden center clerk at Wal-Mart and of the Protestant faith.

Survivors include her daughter, Nikkole Brooks of Schertz, TX; son, Bradd Brooks of Schertz, TX; father, Tollie Taylor of Lake Wales; mother, Mary White of Schertz, TX; and, sister, Bonnie Snowden of San Antonio, TX.

Visitation will be held 10:00am until service time at 11:00am Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales with Rev. Keith Thompson officiating.
