Tresa Brooks Choate 58 of Waverly, Florida passed away Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.
She was born September 1, 1955 in Winter Haven, Florida to the late Ray and Ailene (Fields) Brooks and has been a lifelong resident of the area. She was a retired restaurant shift manager.
Survivors include her daughters, Amy Earnest, Victoria Granados, Sheila Walden and Barbara Walker; son, Charles Choate; sisters, Barbara Jewell and Carolyn Jewell; brothers, Ricky Brooks and John Brooks; sister in law, Mary Owens Brooks; 16 grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, November 15, 2013 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Anthiel “Butch” Maynard officiating.
