Tonya Doll Settle, 52

Tonya Doll Settle of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 at her residence.

She was born August 7, 1969 in Tennessee to Willard Wooten and Sophia Satterfield; she has been a resident of the area for over 30 years. Tonya was a homemaker and a former dance instructor and nail technician. She was a huge fan of Michael Jackson and enjoyed listening to his music and collecting his memorabilia.  Her greatest joy was raising her family.

Tonya was preceded in death by her father, Willard Wooten. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Keith Settle; daughter, Tabitha Settle of Lake Wales; sons, Zakery Settle of Lake Wales, Jacob Settle of Lake Wales, and Seth Settle of Lake Wales; brother, Todd Wooten and wife Lee of Wauchula; mother, Sophia Whittington of Bartow; brothers-in-law, Mike Settle and wife Sherry of Lake Wales, and Joe Settle, III and wife Cheryl; father-in-law, Joe Settle, Jr. and wife Rickie; mother-in-law, Sylvia Cox and husband Paul.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Keith Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Wales Cemetery.
