Thomas Edward “Tom” Massey, 80

Thomas Edward “Tom” Massey of Nalcrest, Florida, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, Florida.

He was born December 27, 1941, in Dodgeville, WI to the late Allan and Helen Massey; he came here from Dodgeville, WI 21 years ago. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and of the Congregational faith. He was a volunteer firefighter and served on the Dodgeville school board in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. He loved music from the 50’s and 60’s era. He enjoyed sports and was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Deb Massey; daughter, Shawna Massey (Bill) of Platteville, WI; son, Thomas Shane Massey (Anita) of Davis, IL; sisters Sandy Staley (Wally) and Linda Hasbrouck (Karl); brother, Jim Massey (Anne); and four grandchildren, Dylan, Alex, Ellie and Emily.
