Thomas Michael “Mike” Carden, 72

Thomas Michael “Mike” Carden of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at AdventHealth Lake Wales.

He was born December 19, 1949 in Lake Wales to Leon “Shorty” and Louise Carden. Mike was a mechanic and a volunteer fireman for Babson Park for several years. He was of the Christian faith and loved fishing.

Mike was preceded in death by his father, Leon “Shorty” Carden; and brother, David Carden. He is survived by his son, Kevin Carden and wife Jennifer of Plant City; mother, Louise Carden of Lake Wales; brother, Jack “Fred” Carden of Lake Wales; and grandchildren, Tristan and Ella.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
