Theo M. Whitmore

Theo M. Whitmore of Southington, OH passed away Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born May 15, 1927 in Humptulips, WA to the late Frank & Charlotte (Gross) Hedwall; and she started coming to Frostproof as a winter resident 7 years ago. She was a homemaker, a member of the Southington Christian Church in Southington, OH and attended the First United Methodist Church in Frostproof, FL. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening and bird watching.

Survivors include her husband, W. Russell Whitmore Sr of Southington, OH; daughters, Doris Hardin (Jeff) of Warren, OH and Gail Davidson (Mike) of Charlotte, NC; sons, Jay Whitmore (Debbie) of Southington, OH, Reiss Whitmore (Estheer) of Braceville, OH, Dean Whitmore (Lynn) of Huntingdon, PA and Martin Whitmore (Vickie) of Leavittsburg, OH; 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

No local services are scheduled. Burial will take place in Graham Cemetery in Southington, OH.
