Terrie Ann Chapman, 51

Terrie Ann Chapman of Lake Wales passed away Friday, December 3, 2020 at her residence.

She was born October 16, 1969 in Lake Wales to the late Alvin and Janice Sansom. She enjoyed to color and play the guitar; she was very crafty and enjoyed spending time sewing and knitting.

Terrie was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Chapman; daughter, Janice Elizabeth Moat; and twin sister, Sherrie Mills. She is survived by her daughters, Julia Sansom of Frostproof, and Sharon Lacey of Winter Haven; sons, Johnnie Moat, and Daniel Sansom; sisters, April Pate, and Peggy Sansom; brothers, Tommy Sansom, David Sansom, and Anthony Sansom; and grandchildren, Joshua Sansom, Henley Droz, and Jaxson Tucker.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Pastor Christopher Massey officiating.
