Tammy Kay “Tami” DeZarn, 58

Tammy Kay “Tami” DeZarn of Lake Wales passed away peacefully Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Advent Health Lake Wales with her husband by her side.

She was born April 1, 1962 in Spring Lake Park, Minnesota to Larry and Sandra Moinicken; she came here from Minnesota 33 years ago. Tami was a RN for Advent Health Lake Wales, previously Lake Wales Medical Center, for 26 years, and was of the Lutheran faith. She was a member of the Lake Wales Moose Lodge.

Tami was survived by her husband of 33 years, Robert L. DeZarn; daughters, Lindsay Moinicken of Davenport, and Erica DeZarn of Lake Wales; parents, Larry and Sandra Moinicken; sister, Missi Casey and husband Tyler of Chisago, Minnesota; brother, Jeff Moinicken and wife DeeDee of Farmington, Minnesota; twin-brother, Tim Monicken and wife Danita of Minnesota; and grandchildren, Jaelin Cox, Landen Cox, and Kylee Blasio.

Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Lake Wales Moose lodge.
