FROSTPROOF -- Ms. Tabitha L. "Lynner" Smith of Frostproof died as a result of an automobile accident Wednesday (Oct. 26, 2005) in Bartow. She was 23.

Born June 20, 1982, in Okeechobee, Ms. Smith moved to Frostproof from Okeechobee 20 years ago. She worked as a waitress for Lakeland Ale House. She attended Christian Home Freewill Baptist Church of Bartow.

Ms. Smith is survived by her parents, C.A. Smith and Tammy Smith, Frostproof, Sharon Hazellief Powell, Okeechobee; son, Chester "C.J." James Smith, Frostproof; sisters, Tashana True and Tiffany Smith, both of Frostproof, Janette Bronson, Las Vegas, Nev.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Frostproof. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Christian Freewill Baptist Church.
