Susan C. Macnamara of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at AdventHealth Lake Wales.

She was born April 16, 1950 in Green Port, Long Island, New York to the late Robert and Elizabeth Cowle; she moved to Lake Wales from Orlando 13 years ago. Susan was a homemaker and a member of the Lake Wales Quilt Club. She was active in genealogy and historic preservation.

Susan is survived by her husband of 47 years, George Macnamara; son, Benjamin Macnamara of Orlando; sisters, Barbara Chastain of Eustis, and Jean Briggs of Lake Wales; and brother, Thomas F. Cowle.
