Steven Zackowski of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025, at James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, Florida.

Steven was born on January 16, 1952, in Syracuse, New York, to Edward Zackowski and Shirely Bardo. Steven worked as a laborer in the citrus industry. Steven was always working, and he loved playing pool, sitting out by the pool, and cats.

Steven is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Shirley Zackowski. He is survived by his brothers, David Zackowski and wife Marie of Wilmington, New York, Joe Zackowski of Lake Wales, And Edward Zackowski and wife Maria of Montana; and his many friends.
