Steven Linfante

Steve Linfante, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and nephew, passed away on January 27, 2026, at AdventHealth Celebration.

Born on May 10, 1958, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Steve made a significant mark on those around him. His dedication to his work as a power plant operator was matched only by his caring nature. Steve was known for his readiness to help others; if you needed something, he was always there. His kind spirit extended well beyond his professional life. He was a man of simple pleasures, enjoying time spent fishing and watching family activities. He had a fondness for visiting Manny's, where he would connect with friends and loved ones. Steve was raised in the Catholic faith, which provided him with strength and guidance throughout his life.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lelio and Harriet Linfante, and his uncle, Joseph Linfante. Lifelong in his commitment, Steve shared 43 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Jodie Linfante. Together, they built a loving home filled with laughter and joy. He is survived by his daughter, Angela Linfante of Lake Wales, and his son, Michael Linfante of Lake Wales. His loving memory will also be cherished by his granddaughter, Leah Linfante. Steve’s sister, Nancy Linfante, of Union, New Jersey, and his aunt Marie Linfante of Jersey City, New Jersey, will hold him dear in their hearts.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 2, 2026, at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales
