Stephen Harold Sanders, Jr.

Stephen Harold Sanders Jr of Frostproof passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born January 15, 1919 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late Stephen Harold & Helen (Goss) Sanders; and he came here from Park City, IL 20 years ago. He was a retired property manager, was of the Methodist faith and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps and the U.S. Air Force Reserve. He enjoyed playing golf and volunteered with AARP doing taxes.

Stephern was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Sanders. Survivors include his significant other, Elizabeth Ann Levy of Frostproof; daughter, Ellen Sanders Feliciano of Chicago, IL; two sons, Stephen Harold Sanders III of Glenview, IL and Douglas Paul Sanders of Gurnee, IL; sister, Shirlee Sanders Ide of Mountain Top, PA; and seven grandchildren.
