Sonia Margarita Rodriguez, 57

Sonia Margarita Rodriguez of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Advent Health Lake Wales.

She was born December 22, 1963 in Caguas, Puerto Rico to Juan and Margarita Nieves; she moved to Lake Wales from Orlando one year ago. Sonia was a Bookkeeper for Enterprise Trucking Corporation. She was a strong and kind woman who loved decorating for every holiday. She loved her family and always enjoyed having get together with them.

Sonia is survived by her daughters, Karla Rodriguez of Kissimmee, Kenia Rodriguez of Brooklyn, New York, Kiara Rodriguez of Saint Cloud; parents, Juan and Margarita Nieves of Orlando; brothers, Jorge Nieves (Yadira) of Kissimmee, and Juan A. Nieves (Waleska) of Orlando; and grandchildren, Matthew Bellamy, Nevaeh Valladares, and Kai Barrientos.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Per family request, masks will be required to attend the service.
