Shirley Ann Murphy, 73

Shirley Ann Murphy of Winter Haven passed away Monday, September 7, 2020 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

She was born May 12, 1947 in Fort Covington, New York to the late Irene and Wilbur Avery. Shirley moved to Winter Haven three years ago. She was a bookkeeper in Rochester, New York for a major mortgage corporation.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 48 years, James Murphy of Winter Haven; daughter, Cheryl Aldridge and husband Leonard Aldridge of Marietta, Georgia; stepdaughter, Lori Murphy of Rochester, New York; stepson, Michael Murphy of North Carolina; sister, Janice Avery of Oneida, New York; grandchildren, Anthony Lamar White, Briana Rochelle Parker, and Katilia Cherise Tillet; and great-grandchildren, Ileana Love Monroe, Ivanalis Marie-Ann White and Anthony Lamar White, Jr.
