Shirley Foster

Shirley Frances Foster, 76 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Friday, February 12, 2016 at Good Shepherd Hospice.

She was born on August 31, 1939 in Gadsden, Alabama to the late Raymond Albert and Percilla (Lethcoe) Smith and she has been a resident of this area for 38 years moving here from Alabama. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Wise
Survivors include her children, Billy Wise of Tishomingo, MS, Lloyd Wise (Debra) of Ft. Meade, Craig Wise of Tishomingo, MS, Donald Wise of Steele, AL, Donna Louise Wise of AL; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
