Shirley Ann Day

Shirley Day of Frostproof passed away Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born February 14, 1930 in Frostproof to the late Kyle & Mary (Moon) Manley; and she was a lifelong resident of Frostproof. She was a homemaker and attended the Christian Fellowship Church in Frostproof. She enjoyed fishing, sewing and driving the old family tractor.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Tom Daly Jr; sister, Margie Simmons of Frostproof; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof with Thelma Gandy officiating. Interment will follow at the Silver Hill Cemetery.
