Shirley Berberich

Shirley E. Berberich, 84 passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Life Care of Winter Haven.

She was born October 27, 1930 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Charles R. and Hilda (Truver) Stevens. She was a retired claims representative for Continental Life Insurance Company in Jacksonville, FL. She has been a resident of the area since 2000 coming from Jacksonville, FL and enjoyed golfing, dancing, was a member of the Red Hat Society, Eastern Star in Pittsburgh and attended Duff Business School in Pittsburgh. She was of the Methodist Faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband William R. Berberich Sr.
Survivors include her son William R. Berberich Jr. and wife Cathy of Russelton, PA, daughters Debra L. Bowser and husband Buddy of Jacksonville, FL, Rene K. Berberich and partner Cheryle Seiler of Warren, OH,sister Carol Durkin and husband Jim of Lake Wales, FL, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and her dear friends in Tower Lake.

Memorial service will be held Monday, December 22, 2014 at 1:00PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Charity of your choice in her memory.
