Shelby Eugene “Buddy” Roberts, 64
Shelby E. “Buddy” Roberts of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.
He was born September 25, 1952 in Bartow, Florida to the late Shelby E. and Lillian (Dees) Roberts. He has been a lifelong resident of the area. He was a Farmer for Mack Farms and of the Baptist Faith. Buddy was a loving father, grandfather and husband. He enjoyed airboat riding, yardwork and most of all his kids and family.
Survivors include his wife of 18 years Donna Kay Roberts, daughters Kim Sherrod of Lake Wales, FL, Christina Brown of Vonore, TN, Teri Keith of Bluff City, TN, sisters Joyce Harrison of Ruskin, FL, Barbara Gibson of Winter Haven, FL, Brenda Speight of Winter Haven, FL, Becky Sykes of Kathleen, FL, 5 nieces and nephews, Aunt Leslie Jones of Brandon, FL, 13 Great nieces and nephews, 2 cousins, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
