SHARI LYN NEWELL WILLIAMS, 52

Shari Williams of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring.

She was born April 14, 1964 in Winter Haven to the late Billie R. and Jeancie L. Newell; and she has been a lifelong resident of the area. She was a teacher for the Frostproof Middle/Senior High School and the receptionist for Dr. Dennis E. Fisher for many years. She was a Gator’s fan and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter, Kaleigh Williams Elliott (Robert) of Ft. Meade; son, Justin Williams of Canton, OH; former husband, Don Williams of Frostproof; brothers, Gregg Newell of Charlotte, NC and Brett Newell of Lake Wales; and one grandchild, Kenslee.

A celebration of life gathering will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the B-J Barn, 1603 Rhoden Road, Fort Meade, FL 33841.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
