Sean P. Higgason

Sean P. Higgason, born on January 22, 1980, in Oceanside, California, passed away on February 1, 2026, at AdventHealth Orlando. He was a cherished son, father, companion, and friend.

Sean graduated from Key Largo High School, laying the foundation for a career as a cook and manager at Brewlands Bar & Billards North in Lakeland. He enjoyed sharing his culinary skills with others, making meals that brought joy to many. Outside of work, Sean was known for his adventurous spirit. He loved building robot kits, camping, hiking, fishing, scuba diving, and traveling, making memories and exploring the world in unique ways. Throughout his life, Sean held a strong commitment to community service as a member of the Boy Scouts of America.

Sean is survived by his parents, Donald and Teresa "Teri" Higgason of Lake Wales; his daughter, Mackenzie Higgason of Clearwater; his companion, Kathy Garcia; his step-daughter, Lilly Garcia of Clermont; and his maternal grandmother, Mary "Pat" Graddy of Merrimac, Wisconsin. He also has two siblings who preceded him in death.
