Scarlet Diane Bybee

Scarlet Diane Bybee of Lake Shore passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born November 27, 1943 in Carthage, MS to the late Everett Sprayberry and Elsie Keeling; she came here in 2005 from Walnut Ridge, AR. She was a retired clerical worker for Pinellas County and was of the Baptist faith.

Scarlet was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Donna Simpson and a son, Mark Whaley. Survivors include her brother, Joe Romedy of Pontotoc, MS and sisters, Rochelle Rutherford of Stuttgart, AR and Fairene Key of Lake Wales.
