Frostproof

Sarah Elizabeth Stewart, 30, of Woodruff, South Carolina passed away on July, 25, 2026.

She was born November 14, 1995 in Lake Wales, Florida. Sarah was raised in Fort Meade, Florida and graduated from Fort Meade High School in 2014. She recently made the move with her family from Frostproof to Woodruff, South Carolina. Once settled, she began working at Spartanburg Hospital as a monitor technician.

Sarah was a true country girl who lived life to the absolute fullest, bringing joy and a bright, beautiful smile to everyone she met. Full of life, witty, and deeply positive, she had a rare gift for making people happy just by being near them. Above all, Sarah cherished her family. She was a devoted wife and a deeply loving mother to her two young boys, who were the absolute center of her world.

From the very beginning, Sarah was a proud "Daddy’s girl." It was from her father that she inherited her deep love for the outdoors, learning how to fish, hunt, and ride ATVs at a young age. She was happiest out in nature, whether she was camping, fishing, or hitting the trails for side-by-side rides with her close friends. Sarah also lived for family vacations, always looking forward to her trips to Utah with her mother-in-law, Karen, and the sun-filled summer beach vacations spent making memories with her Dad, Mom-Cindy, brother Josh, and her extended family. Sarah’s vibrant spirit, humor, and beautiful smile will be missed beyond measure, but her love of life will live on in the hearts of those she loved most.

Sarah is survived by her loving husband, Blake Stewart; children, Reece Stewart and Bentlee Stewart; parents, Barry and Cindy Brown of Frostproof and Beth Woodley Brown of Frostproof; mother-in-law, Karen Higbee and husband Chris of Utah; father-in-law, Danny Stewart of Kentucky; siblings, Josh Brown of Frostproof, Russell Brown and wife Tabatha of Lake Wales, Chris Brown of Bartow, Andrew Chavis of Frostproof, and Sadie Swenty of Winter Haven; childhood best friend, Brittany Goddard of Frostproof, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; as well as her bonus brothers, Logan Jones, Charlie Higbee and Warner Higbee, all of Utah.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Frostproof Church of God with Pastor Sam Haag officiating. Interment will follow at Silver Hill Cemetery. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.marionnelsonfuneralhome.com.
