Sara Elizabeth Farmer, 77

Sara E. Farmer of Dundee, Florida passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Heart of Florida Hospital.

She was born January 2, 1941 in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Leonard P. and Billie Burke (Freeman) Jones. She has been a resident of the area since 1957 coming from Alabama. Sara enjoyed shopping and dancing with her husband in the past. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the twinkle in her eyes. She was a retired Bank Teller for Center State Bank and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years Don Farmer, son Shannon Farmer and wife Robin of Lake Wales, FL, sisters Shelby Golden of Winter Haven, FL, Ollie May Baker of Lake Wales, FL, Polly Swindell of Norfolk, VA, brother Kenneth Jones of Auburndale, FL, 3 grandchild Elizabeth Renee Farmer, Jessica Hulsey, Zachary Farmer, 4 great grandchildren.
