Sandra Blow

Sandra W. Blow, 65 of Lake Wales, Florida passed Monday, February 15, 2016 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born on July 23, 1950 in New York to the late Robert and Earlene Scammon Wester and she has been a resident of the area for 3 years moving here from Davenport. She was a Server at Bob Evans Restaurant in Lake Wales. Sandra enjoyed NASCAR and Football.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Glenn S. Blow; son, Kevin Tarbox of Tampa; mother, Earlene Scammon of Ocean Park Maine; brother, Robert Wester, Jr.; uncle, Lewis Rumery; many nieces, nephews and cousins and a grandson, Conner Tarbox.

Private family service will be held at a later date.
