Sally Jo Ball

Sally Jo Ball of Winter Haven passed away Monday, December 21, 2009 at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center.

She was born January 21, 1941 in Elkhart, IN to the late Virgil & Catherine Bleiler; she came here in 1990 from Elkhart, IN. She was formerly a waitress in Indiana, a former owner of Sally Jo's Bar-B-Q in Lake Wales and a carrier for the Lakeland Ledger. She was of the Protestant faith and enjoyed shopping, playing cards, golfing, dancing and cooking.

Survivors include her companion, Wendell "Bing" Bingaman of Winter Haven; sons, Danny J. Hardy, Todd Hardy and Larry Lundgren all of Indiana; sister, Carolyn Miller of Lake Wales; and several grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
