LAKE WALES -- Mrs. Ruth Travis Marusi of Lake Wales died of complications following a stroke Sunday (April 16, 2006) at Winter Haven Hospital. She was 90.

Born in Cresskill, N.J., on Sept. 27, 1915, she came to Lake Wales from New York City more than 30 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Lake Wales.

Mrs. Marusi was preceded in death by her husband, Augustine R. Marusi. She is survived by her daughter, Margo Boyle, Denver; son, Fredrick K. Marusi, Lancaster, Pa.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Lake Wales.
