Ruth De Jesus

RUTH DEJESUS, 68 Ruth DeJesus of Lake Wales passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Winter Haven Hospital. She was born October 12, 1948 in Lubbock, TX to the late Manuel and Agueda Carreon; she moved here ten years ago from Auburndale. She was a homemaker. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Carmelo DeJesus. Survivors include her daughters, Norma Castillo and Diana Castillo both of Lake Wales; sons, Jose Castillo and Mario Castillo both of Lake Wales; sisters, Mary McMullen of Haines City, Maria Louisa Esquibel of California and Martha of Kentucky; brothers, Manuel Carreon, Jr and Rogelio Carreon both of California; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
