Ruth Autrey of Babson Park passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at her residence.

Born June 28, 1923 in Tallopoosa County, AL; she came here from Sylacauga, AL in 2004. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith. She was a member of the Eastern Star in Birmingham, AL and enjoyed sewing and cooking.

Ruth was preceded by her husband, Thomas G. Autrey in 1975 and a son, Tyrone Autrey in 1987. Survivors include her grandchildren, Tommy Autrey of Georgia, Tammy Autrey of Georgia, Tina Norford of Georgia, Danny Autrey of Alabama, Dee Harrell of Babson Park, FL and Mike Autrey of Lake Wales, FL; many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

No local services are scheduled. Burial will take place in Jefferson Memorial Gardens South in Alabama.
