Ruby Sweet, 102

LAKE WALES -- Mrs. Ruby Sweet of Lake Wales died of heart failure Friday (Aug. 18, 2006) at the Grove Center. She was 102.

Born March 16, 1904, in Huntington, Quebec, Canada, Mrs. Sweet moved to Lake Wales from Toledo, Ohio, in 1998. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Sweet was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Sweet. She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie White, Lake Wales, Shirley Dee, San Marcos, Texas; sister, Muriel Sonne, Montreal, Canada; ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted by Farnham Funeral Home, Temperance, Mich.
