Ruby Ann Metheney

Ruby Metheney, 78, of Lake Wales, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017.

Born May 23, 1939 in Miami Florida to the late Granville and Nora (Hobbs) Hansley, she moved to
Lake wales over 20 years ago coming from Seminole, FL. She was a home maker and a member
of West Side Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles William Metheney and her son Greg Metheney.
Survivors include sons; Chuck Metheney and his wife Janice Marie of Lake Wales and David Metheney
of St. Petersburg: Sisters Sharon Willis and her husband Tom and Beth Biniger, all of Columbus, OH;
1 grandchild Jackie Hatt.

A private service will be held at Florida National Cemetery.
