LAKE WALES--Ruby DuPuis 74, of Lake Wales died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

Born February 8, 1933 in Swainsboro, Georgia she has been a resident of the area for 10 years moving here from Arcadia.

She was a retired Nurses Assistant for G. Pierce Wood Mental Institute in Arcadia; she was a member of the Daystar Church of God, Enjoyed Cooking & Collecting Cookbooks and was a member of the DAV in Arcadia.

Preceded in death by her husband, Tobe Albritton in 1981, and Edward DuPuis in 1994.

Survivors include Son: Tobe E. “Junior” Albritton of Lake Wales, Sister: Lyndal Sasser of Haines City, Fl., Nieces: Phyllis Butler of Winter Haven, Betty Franz of Lakeland, Gail Hiatt of Palm Bay, Nephews: Darrell Brewer of Lake Wales, Larry Steedley of Haines City, Shelton Walker of Alabama.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 Am Friday April 27, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. James Bruce and Rev. James Fenley officiating. Interment will follow 2:00 PM on Friday at Joshua Creek Cemetery in Arcadia Visitation will be held on Thurs. from 6:00 until 8:00 PM At the Funeral Home.
