Roy Franklin Winkleman, 66 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born on April 25, 1950 in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania to the late Leonard Guy and Thelma Mary (Mackey) Winkleman and he has been a resident of this area for 2 months moving here from Winter Haven, Florida. He was a self-employed truck driver. Roy was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Marines.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Ruth H. Winkleman; daughters, Kelly Brown of Lakeland, Amy Winkleman of Lake Wales; sons, Keith and Steven Winkleman both of Pennsylvania; sisters, Thelma Myers (Bill), Linda Caum (Bruce), Carrie Hein (Jim), Donna Walz, Mary Winkleman all of Pennsylvania; brothers, David Winkleman (Tracey), Danny Winkleman, James Winkleman (Gloria) all of Pennsylvania; 2 grandchildren.
