Roy E. Campbell of Lake Alfred, Florida passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Auburndale.

He was born March 3, 1922 in Mexico, Missouri to the late George E. and Lillian B. (Cowell) Campbell. He has been a resident of the area since 1983 and was a Regulator for the Panhandle Eastern Pipeline. He was a member of the Dundee Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his wife Ruby J. Campbell.

He is survived by his daughter Dorothy Phillips of Winter Haven, FL, sons Roy W. Campbell (Nancy) of Prescott, AZ, Gary L. Campbell (Christina) of Cherokee, NC, 2 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
