Born October 7, 1949 in Sioux Falls, SD; he came here 1 ½ years ago from Phoenix, AZ. He was a manager for 40 years at Monier Life Tile and of the Christian faith.

Survivors include his domestic partner of 19 years, Carolyn O’Connor of Winter Haven; daughter, Chiemi Bojorquez of Buckeye, AZ; son, Robert Jacob Dvorak of Phoenix, AZ; father, Wayne Dvorak of South Dakota; mother, Ardyce Sacre of Riverside, CA; brother, Randy Dvorak of Peoria, AZ; sisters, Tammy Dvorak of Riverside, CA, Lori Martinez of Riverside, CA and Heather Sacre of Palm Springs, CA; and 7 grandchildren.
