ROSE A. SMITH, 51

Rose A. Smith of Lake Wales passed away Friday, December 17, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family and five rescue dogs.

She was born June 18, 1970 in Franklin County, PA; she came here from Chambersburg, PA six years ago. She was a retired office administrator from the CSX Railroad. She loved animals and rescuing dogs, enjoyed arts and crafts, was a hard worker and loved helping others. She was an avid musician and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her son, Craig Brindle and significant other, Carolyn of Lake Wales; sisters, Amanda Hann and Melinda Gutshall; brothers, Charles Ocker, Jamie Smith and Jessy Ocker; three grandchildren, Chloe, Cecilia and Carmen.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
