Ronnie Franklin Thompson, 73

Ronnie F. Thompson of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born July 5, 1944 in Avon Park, Florida to the late Grady and Bernice (Fowler) Thompson. He has been a longtime resident of the area coming from Tampa, Florida. He was a Security Guard for Warner Southern College.

He is preceded in death by his brother Rodney Thompson.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years Wanda Thompson, children Judy Dilas (Wally) of Lake Butler, FL, Ricky Thompson (Carol) of Lake Butler, FL, Karen Walker (Joe) of Lake Wales, FL, sisters Linda Wooldridge (Kenneth) of GA, Carol Willoughby (Scott) of Riverview, FL, Gwen Thompson of Lake Wales, FL, Becky Bronson (Bud) of Frostproof, FL, Brenda Price (Skip) of Riverview, FL, Bonnie Anderson (John) of Lake Wales, FL, sister in law Jackie Thompson, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
